Cyclin D1、Cyclin E在胃癌发生发展中的表达及其相关性

目的研究胃癌组织和癌旁中Cyclin D1、Cyclin E的表达情况,探讨它们在胃癌发生发展中的作用及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测62例胃癌标本及22例癌旁中Cyclin D1、Cyclin E的表达情况。结果①胃癌组织Cyclin D1蛋白及Cyclin E蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,其比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②随着胃癌浸润深度的增加、分化程度的降低、淋巴结转移的出现Cyclin D1、Cyclin E阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。③在胃癌组织中,CyclinD1、Cyclin E的表达呈正相关(r=0.615,P<0.01),均呈升高趋势。结论 Cyclin D1、Cyclin E均参与胃癌的发生和发展,二者可成为判断胃癌恶性程度有价值的指标,也可成为预后评估的指标。

The Expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in the Development and Progress of Grastric Carcinoma and their Relations

Objective To research the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma and normal mucosa,and to debate the function in the development and progress of gastric carcinoma and their relations.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was carried to detect Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E among 62 cases of gastric carcinoma and 22 cases of normal gastric mucosa.Results ①The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E were higher than normal gastric mucosa,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).②With the deep invasive degree,poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis,the positive rate of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E expression were enhanced(P<0.05).③In gastric carcinoma,the expression of Cyclin D1 was correlated to the expression of Cyclin E(r=0.615,P<0.01).Conclusion Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E were both involved in the development and progress of gastric carcinoma,they might be valuable labels to judge the malignant degree of gastric carcinoma and be prognostic labels.
