开展优质护理服务活动对基础护理质量的影响

目的探讨优质护理活动对基层医院内科基础护理质量的影响。方法将优质护理应用于2011年1月-2011年6月在来监利县中医院住院治疗的1210例患者,并比较优质护理服务开展前后内科基础护理合格率及患者对护理服务满意度。结果开展优质护理服务活动工作使得基础护理合格率由81.07%上升到91.98%;患者对护理服务的满意度由81.49%上升到92.23%,经χ2检验发现,基础护理合格率及患者对护理服务满意度在优质护理服务前后差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.769,P<0.05,χ2=61.185,P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理活动工作有利于内科基础护理质量提高,值得在临床科室护理工作中推广应用,促进护理事业的快速发展。

The Influence of Carrying out Primary Care Services on the Quality of Basic Care

Objective To probe into influence of the quality of primary care because of quality care services in department of internal medicine of primary hospital.Methods 1210 cases of patients were treated in department of internal medicine in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011,then change of the qualification rate for basic care and patient satisfaction before and after quality care services were compared.Results After quality care services,the qualification rate for basic care rose from 81.07% to 91.98%,and patient satisfaction rose from 81.49% to 92.23%.There was statistical significance(χ2=61.769,P<0.05,χ2=61.185,P<0.05) by the chi-square test.Conclusion Quality care services were conducive to improve the quality of primary care in department of internal medicine,quality care services would be worthy of promotion in clinical care,so as to promote the rapid development of nursing.
