老年性耳聋患者外周血EPCs数量及增殖变化研究

目的探讨老年性耳聋患者的外周血中内皮祖细胞(EPCs)数量变化情况及增殖集落变化情况。方法测定老年性耳聋患者和听力正常健康老年人的外周血中内皮祖细胞数量及培养7 d后增殖集落数量。结果老年性耳聋组外周血中内皮祖细胞计数为(35.1±3.31)个/20万单个核细胞,听力正常健康老年人为(86.4±9.32)个/20万单个核细胞,EPCs增殖集落计数分别为(1.40±0.50)和(3.50±1.46)个/20万单个核细胞,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年性耳聋患者内皮祖细胞数量及增殖集落数量较听力正常健康老年人降低,表明机体修复能力不能满足要求而导致血管损伤,从而引起耳聋等临床症状,人体内皮祖细胞改变对于研究老年性耳聋的治疗和研究均具有极大的促进作用。

The Number of Endothelia Progenitor Cells from Peripheral Blood in Patients with Presbycusis

Objective To investigate the number of endothelia progenitor cells(EPCs) from peripheral blood in patients with presbycusis and the proliferative number of EPCs colonies.Methods Number of EPCs from peripheral blood and number of proliferative colonies of EPCs after 7d were measured and comparison was made between presbycusis group and the healthy aged group.Results The number of EPC reduces significantly in presbycusis group compared with contrast group,(35.1±3.31)/200 000 cells and(86.4±9.32)/200 000 cells respectively.The number of proliferative colonies of EPCs were(1.40±0.50)/200 000 in presbycusis group and(3.50±1.46)/200 000 in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion The number of EPC and the number of proliferative colonies of EPCs significantly lessen in patients with presbycusis.This may show that the ability of restoration had declined,lead to the damage of blood vessel,and result in the hearing loss.EPCs was very significance in treatment and research in presbycusis.
