摘    要:目的探讨舒适护理模式在血液透析患者中应用和对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法实验组190例慢性肾衰竭患者在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理,对照组210例慢性肾衰竭患者仅实行常规护理。分别观察患者血压异常波动发生率、穿刺成功率、内瘘闭塞率、满意率及血检查指标,同时采用sF-36生活质量量表评价两组患者生活质量。结果实验组在血压异常波动发生率、内瘘闭塞率要低于对照组,在穿刺成功率及满意度方面要优于对照组,血白蛋白、血清前白蛋白及血红蛋白含量要高于对照组,生活质量要高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论舒适护理降低血液透析并发症的发生,改善血检测指标,提高了患者生活质量,在血液透析患者护理中值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of comfort care mode in patients with hemodialysis and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods The experimental group(190 patients) received the routine nursing care and comfort care,while the control group(210 cases) only received the routine nursing.The blood pressure fluctuations,success rate of puncture,fistula occlusion rate,d satisfaction rate of patients and blood index were observed,and sF-36 scale was adopted to assess the quality of life in two groups.Results In the experiment group,abnormal blood pressure wave incidence,fistula occlusion rate were lower than that in the control group,the success rate of puncture and satisfaction rate was superior to the control group;serum albumin and hemoglobin content were higher than that of the control group;the life quality was higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care can reduce the complications of blood dialysis,improve the blood indexes and the quality of life in elderly patients with hemodialysis.It is useful in nursing hemodialysis patients.
