| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胱抑素C(Cys C)和白介素18(IL-18)检测在冠心病(CHD)患者中的临床意义。方法选择2009年1月-2010年12月在阳江市人民医院就诊的130例CHD患者,分为急性心肌梗死(AMI)组、稳定型心绞痛(SA)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组,检测其Cys C和IL-18水平,并与40例正常对照组进行对照。结果 CHD患者血清Cys C和IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并与CHD的类型有关,呈AMI组>UAP组>SAP组(P<0.01)的改变。结论 Cys C和IL-18可能与CHD的发生发展有关,联合联合检测血清Cys C和IL-18可能对判断CHD病变程度有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of levels of serum Cystatin C(Cys C) and IL-18 and its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods One hundred and thirty patients with CHD from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected and divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group,stable angina(SA) group and unstable angina(UA) group.The level of Cys C and IL-18 were tested and compared.Results The levels of Cys C and IL-18 in CHD patients were higher than that in control group(P<0.01),which were correlated with the type of CHD.The levels of CysC AND IL-18 in AMI group were higher than that in UAP group.The levels of Cys C AND IL-18 in UAP group were higher than that in SAP group.Conclusion The expression of Cys C and IL18 may play a key role in the occurrence of CHD.To test the level of serum Cys C with IL-18 can reflect the severity of the CHD. |
