家庭医生责任制对糖尿病患者生化指标的控制效果及评价

目的探讨家庭医生责任制对糖尿病患者生化指标的控制效果,并进行评价。方法选择2011年4月-2011年8月期间在深圳市龙岗区横岗人民医院就诊并自愿接受家庭医生责任制管理的糖尿病患者65例作为研究组,另选择未进行家庭医生责任制管理的糖尿病患者67例作为对照组,观察两组的生化指标包括空腹血糖(BS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Cr)的变化。结果与对照组患者比较,研究组患者血糖(BS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Cr)控制良好率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生责任制对糖尿病患者的生化指标控制效果良好,值得推广。

Control Effect and Evaluation of Biochemical Indicators in Patients with Diabetes under the Family Doctor Responsibility System

Objective To explore the control effect and evaluation of biochemical indicators in patients with diabetes under family doctor responsibility system.Methods 65 patients with diabetes from April 2011 to August 2011 in our hospital and clinic voluntarily accepting the family doctor responsibility system management were chosen as research group,another 67 diabetic patients without the family doctor responsibility system management were set as control group,biochemical indicators including blood sugar(BS),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood creatinine(Cr) change were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group patients,BS,blood sugar(TC),total cholesterol and triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood creatinine(Cr) control rate was significantly higher in research group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family doctor responsibility system for people with diabetes biochemical index control effect was good,which was worth to be popularized.
