眼睑睫毛异物16例临床分析

目的观察临床上常见、报道少见的眼睑泪小点及睑板腺睫毛异物,总结其临床表现和特点,分析其好发部位。方法观察近十年来临床16例(16眼)眼睑泪小点及睑板腺异物,统计临床表现和异物发生部位。结果眼睑睫毛异物刺激症状明显,上泪小点部位睫毛异物和下睑板腺部位睫毛异物临床多见。结论临床上眼睑睫毛异物并不少见,容易误诊、漏治泪小点及睑板腺眼睑异物,相关报道较少,临床上对于有明显异物感症状的患者,在角膜、结膜检查均未发现异物时,要考虑泪小点及睑板腺内异物存在的可能性,详细检查,尤其是扳开眼睑检查泪小点的情况,避免误诊、漏治。治疗简单,预后良好。

Clinical Analysis of Eyelashes Foreign Body under Eyelid

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations,characteristics and predilection site of eyelash foreign body in the eyelid lacrimal point and meibomian gland.Methods The clinical materials in the past decade of 16 cases(16 eyes) with eyelash foreign body in the eyelid lacrimal point or meibomian gland were analyzed retrospectively.Results The irritative symptoms of eyelash foreign body were common.The upper lid lacrimal point and lower lid meibomian gland were the predilection sites.Conclusion The eyelash foreign body is not common in eyelid sites,and easily to be misdiagnosed,especially for the eyelash foreign body in the eyelid lacrimal point or meibomian gland is usually missed.For the patients with a foreign body sensation,the foreign body in the eyelid lacrimal point or meibomian gland should be considered when foreign body was not found in the cornea and conjunctiva.The carefully check can avoid the misdiagnosis and missed treatment.The treatment is simple and the prognosis can be good.
