连续星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

目的观察连续星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法将收治的46名突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,进行了回顾性研究和对比分析。一组为连续星状神经节阻滞组(试验组),即在常规治疗方法的基础上以0.1%利多卡因140 ml持续泵入患侧星状神经节进行连续阻滞;另一组为星状神经节阻滞组(对照组),即常规治疗方法的基础上以1%的利多卡因10 ml行患侧星状神经节阻滞。将疗效分为:无效、有效、显效、痊愈四个等级。对患者进行积极的药物治疗,并进行了纯音测听、畸变产物耳声发射、听性脑干反应、颞骨CT及内听道或颅脑磁共振检查。结果试验组总有效率为86.4%;对照组总有效率为70.8%。试验组总效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连续星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效满意。

Efficacy of Continuous Stellate Ganglion Block for Sudden Deafness

Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous stellate ganglion block on sudden deafness.Methods The 46 cases with sudden deafness were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was managed with continuous stellate ganglion block by 140 ml 0.1% lidocaine on traditional procedure;The control group with stellate ganglion block by 10 ml 1% lidocaine per week on traditional procedure.The efficacy was classified into in-effectiveness;effectiveness;marked effectiveness;full recovery.The active treatments,pure tone test,distortion product otoacoustie emisstons,auditory brainstem response,CT,MRI were performed in all the patients.Results Outstanding clinical therapeutic effect was found in the treatment group as compared with the control group.The former effective rate was 86.4%,while the latter was 70.8%.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of continuous stellate ganglion block on idiopathic sudden deafness is reliable.
