精益管理在实习护生技能训练中的应用

目的对实习护生技能带教方法进行精益管理。方法在技能带教过程中,需明确精益管理目标,将全院技能操作项目进行整合,确定各科教学内容,明确责任主体、教学要求和考核标准,避免护生在实习科室出现重复和遗漏的教学内容,以减少老师不必要的训练时间。护生根据自身掌握知识的能力程度,考核认知自己,使每个护生每周接受不同的技能培训。结果渗入精益管理方法前后教学双方满意度、护生考核成绩进行比较。改进后护生技能考核成绩、教学双方满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论实习护生技能教学渗入精益管理可优化教学流程,减轻教学双方的压力,减少物品、时间和人力资源的浪费,给护生提供实际动手的机会,回归实践教学的本质,实现教学双赢的目的。

Application of Lean Management System in Skills Training Among Probationer Nurses

Objective To conduct the lean management system in the skills training among probationer nurses.Methods In the process of skill teaching,it was necessary to make clear management objectives,integrate the all skilling operations of a hospital,set the teaching contents of each department,make sure the responsible subject,teaching requirements and assessment standards,avoid the possible duplicated and missing teaching content in practice department,and reduce time waste of unnecessary training.Nursing probationers should examine and recognize themselves to accept different skills training in each week according to their own capability levels of mastering knowledge.Results The teaching-learning satisfaction and the exam results in practical teaching after using lean management system were compared.The finding showed that the exam results and teaching-learning satisfaction by using lean management were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The lean management in skill learning for nursing probationers can optimize teaching process,relieve the pressure both of teachers and students,reduce the wasting of materials,time and human resources,provide practical opportunity,return the nature of practice teaching,realize the win-win purpose in teaching-learning.
