妇科腹腔镜手术965例并发症分析

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的相关情况,寻求有效预防和减少并发症的方法,降低并发症的危害。方法对明光市人民医院2008年7月-2012年6月965例腹腔镜手术术中及术后并发症的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果 965例妇科腹腔镜手术中,并发症发生率为2.7%。其中与穿刺、气腹相关并发症10例,发生率1.0%,与手术相关的并发症、其他并发症17例,发生率1.7%。手术并发症与腹部手术史有相关性,有腹部手术史患者并发症发生率较无手术史者增高;手术并发症与医师的手术经验明显相关,从事腹腔镜手术时间不足3年者,并发症发生率明显升高,尤其是与穿刺及气腹相关并发症。结论腹腔镜手术并发症与腹部手术史及医师手术经验有关。

A Comprehensive Analysis of the Complications in 965 Cases of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgeries

Objective To probe into the surgical complications relevant to gynecology laparoscopy,and to seek for solutions to effectively prevent and decrease the quantity of complications so as to reduce the hazard of complications.Methods Retrospective analysis was implemented on the complications of the 965 cases of Gynecological laparoscopic surgeries(from July,2008 to June,2012).Results The complication rate was 2.7% among the 965 cases of Gynecological laparoscopic surgeries.10 cases were due to puncture,with occurrence of 1.0%;17 cases were due to operation or other,with occurrence of 1.7%.The complications can be related to abdominal surgery.Those who had received abdominal surgery before will face a higher rate of complications compared with those who had not.There also existed an evident correlation between the doctors’ experience and complication rate.The highest rate can be observed among doctors with less than 3 years laparoscopic experience,especially those complications associated with puncture and pneumoperitoneum.Conclusion The complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgeries were related to abdominal surgery history and doctors’ Laparoscopic experience.
