派丽奥与盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效比较

目的探讨派丽奥与盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及其龈沟液中sICAM-1水平的影响。方法选取66例来医院就诊的慢些牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组给予派丽奥治疗,观察组给予盐酸克林霉素治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效及龈沟液中sICAM-1水平的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为93.94%明显高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05);两组患者的sICAM-1浓度均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),观察组比对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论盐酸克林霉素治疗慢性牙周炎疗效优于派丽奥,能更有效地改善牙周炎的主要临床症状,效果显著,药效持久,且无严重的不良反应。

The Clinical Efficacy of Periocline and Hydrochloride Clindamycin for Treating with Chronic Periodontitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of periocline and hydrochloride clindamycin for treating with chronic periodontitis and its impact on sICAM-1 levels in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods 66 cases with chronic periodontitis were selected in our hospital;they were randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 33 cases of each group.The control group was given periocline for treatment while the observation group was received hydrochloride clindamycin for treatment,and the clinical efficacy and sICAM-1 levels were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.94%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.76%,P<0.05);after the treatment,sICAM-1 concentrations had significantly than before(P<0.05),and the concentrations in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of hydrochloride clindamycin for treating with chronic periodontitis was more effective than periocline,it can improve the main clinical symptoms,and there were no serious adverse reactions.
