生物蛋白胶防治乳腺癌术后皮下积液的研究

摘    要:目的探讨医用生物蛋白胶在防治乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的方法和疗效。方法将94例行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者随机分成两组,实验组应用医用生物蛋白胶组46例,对照组48例未使用医用生物蛋白胶,观察术后两组第1天引流量、总引流量及皮下积液发生的情况,并对两组进行统计分析。结果医用生物蛋白胶组术后第1天引流量为(83.2±10.9)ml,较对照组的(190.2±36.5)ml明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组术后总引流量为(180.8±30.1)ml,明显低于未使用生物蛋白胶组的(448.1±84.2)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组皮下积液的发生率为10.87%(5/46),明显低于未使用生物蛋白胶组的33.33%(16/48)。结论医用生物蛋白腔能有效控制创面渗血、封闭淋巴管,减少创面引流量,降低皮下积液发生率,在防治乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液方面具有良好的临床应用价值。

Fibrin Glue for Subcutaneous Fluidify after Modified Radical Mastectomy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of biomedical fibrin glue on the subcutaneous fluidify after the modified radical mastectomy(MRM).Methods All 94 patients with MRM were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(46 cases) received biomedical fibrin glue treatment for the operative wound;the control groups(48 cases) did not receive the biomedical fibrin glue.The amount of fluid on the first day and total and the percentage of subcutaneous fluidify were compared between the two groups.Results The volume of drainage on the first day and total were(83.2±10.9)ml and(180.8±30.1)ml in the experimental group,and(190.2±36.5)ml and(448.1±84.2)ml in the control group,the differences in the drainage volume of the first day and total drainage volume were significant between the two groups(P<0.05);and the percentage of subcutaneous fluidify of the experimental group(33.33%) was lower than that of the control groups(10.87%).Conclusion The biomedical fibrin glue can effectively control a bleeding wound,close the wound lymphatic vessels,reduce the fluid volume of wound and the percentage of the subcutaneous fluidify.Its clinical value is obvious in prevention and treatment of subcutaneous fluidify after MRM.
