北京市广外社区卫生服务中心卫生诊断报告

目的探讨了解社区人群生活方式疾病的流行状况及其相关因素,分析社区卫生服务的实际需求,确定社区居民需要优先解决的健康问题。方法根据WHO关于慢性非传染性疾病危险因素监测(STEPS)推荐方案中样本量估算的一般原则,确定本次调查样本为广外街道下属的29个居委会,从其中单纯随机抽取6个居委会中的360户居住半年以上的居民家庭。根据阶段、分层、随机抽样原则,结合社区人口数,第一阶段依据简单随机抽样从广外街道中抽取6个居委会,第二阶段确定抽样住户(360),依据系统抽样6个居委会随机从每个居委会抽取60户(168人)居住半年以上的居民家庭。调查问卷统一收回,经数据整理、逻辑核查后,用EpiData软件建立数据库,用SPSS 15.0软件包进行数据处理及统计分析。结果本社区常见慢性病以40岁以上人群居多,循环系统疾病居死亡原因首位,调查人群对自身血糖关注不足,45.5%的人群不重视体格检查。结论应充分了解知晓居民患病情况和健康影响因素。

Investigation Report on Public Health in Guangwai Community Health Service Center in Beijing

Objective To investigate the life-style of community groups,prevalent rate of chronic diseases and its related factors,evaluate the actual demand of community health services,and find out the health problems faced by community residents.Methods According to the guidelines of WHO STEPwise approach to Surveillance(STEPS) of risk factors,360 households that lived more than half one year from 6 of 29 neighborhood committees in Guangwai community were selected by the way of simple random sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted in 168 peoples from 60 of 360 households by systematic sampling.Data were entered into a database by using the EpiData software and analyzed using the SPSS.Results Most of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases were the people more than 40 years old.The circulation system diseases played a key role in the cause of death.The surveyed inhabitants did not pay more attentions on the change of blood sugar.45.5% of surveyed inhabitants without having regular physical check up.Conclusion It’s important to understand the prevalent rate of chronic diseases and its related factors.
