摘 要: | 目的探讨血清脂联素(APN)与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法 86例冠脉造影患者,分别按Genisi-ni积分、单支病变狭窄程度及冠脉病变支数分组,进行血清APN测定。结果①Genisini积分>19分组、10~19分组及<10分组血清APN水平均明显低于0分组(P<0.01),>19分组APN水平低于10~19分组(P<0.01),同时>19分组及10~19分组APN水平低于<10分组(P<0.05~0.01);②血管狭窄>90%、71%~90%及<71%组血清APN水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),并且>90%组、71%~90%组低于<71%组(P<0.01);③多支、双支及单支病变组血清APN水平均低于对照组(P<0.01),且多支病变组血清APN水平低于双支病变组(P<0.05),多支及双支病变组血清APN水平低于单支病变组(P<0.01)。结论血清APN水平与冠脉狭窄程度相关,有助于临床评价冠心病病变的严重程度。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum levels of adiponectin(APN) and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods The serum levels of adiponectin were measured in the sera from 86 patients whom had all received coronary angioplasty.The severity of coronary artery lesion was evaluated by Genisine score.The patients were grouped by the Genisine score,degree of stenosis of single coronary artery and number of vessels with coronary stenosis.Results ①The serum concentration of adiponectin in Genisine >19 group,10-19 group and<10 group were significantly lower than those in Genisine 0 group(P<0.01).The serum concentration of adiponectin in >19 group were lower than those in 10-19 group(P<0.01) and the serum concentration of adiponectin in >19 and 10-19 group were lower than those in <10 group(P<0.05-0.01).②Serum levels of APN were lower in>90% group,71%-90% group and <71% than those in the control group(P<0.01) and serum levels of APN were lower in>90% group,71%-90% group than those in the <71% group(P<0.01).③The serum concentration of adiponectin in multi-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group and single-vessel disease group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of APN in multi-vessel disease group were lower than those in double-vessel disease group(P<0.05).The levels of APN in multi-vessel disease group and double-vessel disease group were lower than that in the single-vessel disease group(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of adiponectin may reflect the severity of coronary artery disease. |
