食品和公共场所从业人员肺结核患病情况调查

为确保食品和公共场所卫生安全 ,采用体检普查方式 ,对此类场所从业人员肺结核患病情况进行了调查。结果 ,共调查从业人员 345 0 0人 ,查出活动性肺结核患者 10 1人 ,其中新发病例 6 2人 ,痰涂片阳性 13人 ;2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年该类人员患病率依次为 2 6 7/ 10万、2 87/ 10万和 32 1/ 10万 ;男性患病率为 15 1/ 10万、痰涂片阳性为 35 / 10万 ,女性患病率为 340 / 10万、痰涂片阳性 39/ 10万 ,男女患病率有显著差异 ;16～ 35岁组患病率为 2 5 0 / 10万 ,36～ 4 5岁组为83/ 10万 ,二者有显著差异。由于食品和公共场所从业人员肺结核患病率增高 ,提示应对具传染性病人进行隔离治疗 ,以保护健康人群

SURVEY OF PREVALENCE OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN WORKERS OF FOOD PROFESSION AND PUBLIC PLACES

In order to ensure the sanitary safety of food profession and public places, mass physical examination method was used to survey the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in workers of these places. The results showed that 34500 workers were examined and 101 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were detected, of whom, 62 were new cases and 13 had positive sputum smear. During years 2000～2002, the prevalence rates in these workers were 267/10 5, 287/10 5 and 321/10 5. The prevalence rate was 151/10 5 and rate of positive sputum smear was 35/10 5 in males. The prevalence rate was 340/10 5 and rate of positive sputum smear was 39/10 5 in females. The prevalence rate between males and females was different significantly. The prevalence rate was 250/10 5 in 16～35 years group and 83/10 5 in 36～45 years group, with significant difference between them. Since the prevalence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in workers of food profession and public places is increasing, it is suggested that the patients with infectivity should be isolated and treated in order to protect the healthy people.
