加强口腔医院感染管理的实践

目的 加强口腔专科医院感染管理,预防和控制医院感染的发生.方法 针对口腔专科医院感染的危险因素,落实相应的管理控制措施.结果 医院感染管理控制措施的实施,提升了全体医务人员对参与医院感染管理工作重要性的认识和自觉性,诊疗器械消毒、灭菌合格率达100％,医院感染方面的年投诉率为0.结论 加强口腔医院感染管理,对有效降低医院感染发生,确保医疗安全起着至关重要的作用.

Practice of strengthen administration of nosocomial infections in stomatological hospital

OBJECTIVE To improve the administration of stomatological hospital infection,in order to reduce and control the occurrence of hospital infection.METHODS According to the etiological factors of the infection in stomatological hospital,the corresponding control measures were implemented.RESULTS The reorganization and self-consciousness of clinical staffs to take part in the management of hospital infection has been strengthened by administration of stomatological hospital infection.The qualified rate of diagnostic equipment disinfection or sterilization had reached 100%.There’s no complaint issue of hospital infection in the full year.CONCLUSION Occurrence of hospital infection has been effectively cut down by management measures of hospital infection taken in the stomatological hospital,which plays an important role in ensuring the medical safety.
