摘    要:目的 应用二维斑点追踪显像技术评价犬心肌缺血前后左心房功能的变化.方法 将8只犬左冠状动脉前降支结扎20 min再灌注120 min,应用二维斑点追踪显像技术测定结扎前、结扎期间、再灌注后即刻及再灌注后30、60、90、120 min时左心房储备功能、管道功能及辅泵功能各项指标的变化.结果 犬心肌左冠状动脉前降支结扎后、再灌注后即刻及再灌注后30、60、90、120 min时较结扎前比较,左心房储备功能及管道功能指标降低,而辅泵功能指标升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 超声二维斑点追踪显像技术可检测到犬顿抑心肌在缺血及再灌注后不同时期左心房功能的变化.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the function changes of left atrial in canine stunned myocardium model both before and after acute myocardial infarction by using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Methods The left anterior descending coronary arteries of 8 dogs were first ligated for 20 min,and then reperfusde for 120 min;two-dimensional echocardiography was applied to measure the changes of the left ventricular reserve function,the pipeline function and the auxiliary pump function,respectively,before ligation,ligation period,immediately after reperfusion,and also 30,60,90,120 min after the reperfusion.Results The left atrial function and reserve pipe function indices in ligation period,immediately after reperfusion,30,60,90,120 min were lower than before ligation period,while the auxiliary pump function index were higher than before ligation period,the differences were statistically significan(t P < 0.05).Conclusion Two dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology can not only detect canine stunned myocardium during ischemia,but also evaluate the changes of left atrial function in different periods after reperfusion.
