30例多原发癌回顾性分析

  目的 探讨多原发癌(MPC)的发病特点、诊断、治疗和预后，以提高诊疗水平。方法 对我科2006年8月至2011年8月收治的30例MPC病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果 我科收治的10 015例恶性肿瘤患者中，确诊为MPC者30例，发病率为0.3％，其中双重癌发生率0.26％，三重癌发生率0.03％，四重癌发生率0.01％。30例MPC中首发癌及二、三、四重癌都以消化系统恶性肿瘤最常见。共有原发病灶65例次，早期诊断病灶37例次，占总病灶数的56.9%。5年生存率76.6%，其中4例生存期达10年以上。结论 临床医师应提高对MPC的重视，减少误诊及漏诊，早期确诊，积极治疗，提高治愈率，延长患者生存期。

Retrospective Analysis of Multiple Primary Cancers:A Report of 30 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of multiple primary cancers(MPC) in order to promote its diagnosis and therapy.Methods Thirty MPC cases in our department from August 2006 to August 2011 were studied retrospectively.Results The incidence of MPC was 0.3%(30/10 015),in which the incidence of the duplex primary cancers was 0.26%,triple primary cancers was 0.03% and quadruple primary cancers was 0.01%,respectively.Primary cancer and repetitive cancer occurred most frequently in digestive system.There were 64 primary focuses in all,and the early diagnostic rate was 57.8%.The survival rate of five years was 76.6%.The survival time of 4 cases were over ten years.Conclusion The mechanism of MPC should be studied further in order to reduce the misdiagnosis.Early diagnosis and active treatment can prolong the survival span and improve prognosis of MPC patients.
