感冒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

 目的 探讨感冒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺功能的影响。方法 本文选择了2008年1月至2009年1月我院呼吸门诊就诊的中度COPD稳定期患者54例，其中男41例，女13例，平均年龄（47±3.8）岁；36例健康体检者，其中男24例，女12例，平均年龄（44±4.3）岁。随访2年，根据感冒次数分组，≥3次为A组（32例），≤2次为B组（22例），健康体检者≥2次为对照组（36例）。分别进行肺功能测定，并比较2年前后结果。结果 A组患者FEVI%、FEV1/FVC、FEF50%、FEF25%、PEF、DLCO和PaO2两年前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。B组FEVI%、FEF50%、FEF25%、PEF、DLCO和PaO2两年前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组两年前后比较无明显变化（P＞0.05）。结论 COPD患者感冒可能是使肺功能下降的诱发因素。因此，减少COPD患者的感冒次数，将延缓肺功能下降速度，从而能够阻止某些COPD患者的疾病进展。

The Effect of Common Cold on Pulmonary Function in COPD Patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of common cold on pulmonary function in COPD patients.Methods A total of 54 cases of stable moderate COPD patients diagnosed at clinic from Jan 2008 to Jan 2009 were enrolled into the study.These subjects consisted of 41 males and 13 females,with the median age of 47±3.8 years.This study also enrolled 36 healthy individuals from physical examination,including 24 males and 12 females,with the median age of 44±4.3 years.According to the frequency of catching cold,all the subjects were divided into 3 groups,including 32 cases who caught cold≥3 times(Group A),22 cases ≤2 times(Group B) and the healthy cases ≥2 times(Comparison group).Pulmonary functions were detected before and after two years’ follow-up.Results In Group A,the FEVI%,FEV1/FVC,FEF50%,FEF25%,PEF,DLCO and PaO2 decrease significantly after two years(P < 0.01).In Group B,the FEVI%,FEV1/FVC,FEF50%,FEF25%,PEF,DLCO and PaO2 also decrease after two years(P < 0.05),but not as much as those in Group A.In comparison group,no significant change was observed on the variance of the pulmonary function(P > 0.05).Conclusion Catching cold could be another risk factor that affects pulmonary function.Therefore,to reduce the frequency of catching cold could slow the deterioration of pulmonary function in COPD patients,so as to prevent the disease from getting worse.
