摘    要:目的 研制并评估一种用于建立蟾蜍心力衰竭模型和测定蟾蜍心脏功能的医学机能学实验仪器.方法 根据压力负荷或容量负荷过重引起心力衰竭的病因学理论,一方面选择不同管径的微导管体现动脉缩窄的程度,实现心脏压力负荷的变化;另一方面选用蠕动泵调控不同的输液速度,实现心脏容量负荷的变化;最终观察两种变化对蟾蜍心脏功能的影响.结果 当微导管管径由1,2 mm缩小至0.4 mm或输液速度由2.2 mL/min加快至3.0 mL/min对,蟾蜍心脏功能逐渐由正常、代偿转为失代偿,即最终出现心肌收缩力明显减弱、心律失常、心输出量明显减少等心力衰竭表现.结论 成功研制了一种用于医学机能学实验的蟾蜍心脏功能测定系统,并建立了由压力负荷或容量负荷过重引起心力衰竭的实验动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To develop and evaluate an experimental apparatus of medical functional experiment which can be used for toad heart failure animal model establishment and toad cardiac function determination.Methods According to the nosetiology theory that the pressure overload and volume overload would cause heart failure,the experiment was designed as the follow:the artery was placed with microcatheter of various calibers to achieve the changes of heart pressure load;and on the other hand,various velocity of intravenous infusion was regulated with peristaltic pump to achieve the changes of heart volume load.The effects were observed on toad cardiac function of the two changes.Results When the caliber of the microcatheter narrowed to 0.4 mm or the velocity of intravenous infusion reached 3.0 mL/min,toad normal compensation cardiac function gradually developed decompensation and finally emerged phenomena of heart failure such as obvious decrease of myocardial contractility,arrhythmia,and cardiac output.Conclusion The system of determining toad cardiac function for medical functional experiment can be successfully manufactured and the toad heart failure model caused by pressure and volume overload was successfully established.
