非诺贝特联合替米沙坦对高脂饲养大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的 探讨非诺贝特、替米沙坦及两者联合应用对高脂饲养大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响.方法 将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为普通饮食组(NC组)12只,高脂饮食组(HF0)48只.6周后,将高脂组随机分为非诺贝特组(F组)、替米沙坦组(T组)、联合组(F+T组)和高脂对照组(HF组),各12只.4周后,高胰岛素正常葡萄糖钳夹技术测定葡萄糖输注率(GIR)评价胰岛素敏感性.结果 与NC组比较,HF组的GIR显著降低(P＜0.01).与HF组比较,F组的GIR显著升高(P＜0.01)；T组的GIR显著升高(P＜0.01)；F+T组的GIR显著升高(P＜0.01).结论 非诺贝特、替米沙坦及联合应用可以明显增加胰岛素敏感性.

Influence of Telmisartan and Fenofibrate on Insulin Resistance in High-fat-fed Rats

Objective To investigate the effects of telmisartan,fenofibrate and their combination on insulin resistance in high-fat-fed rats.Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:group NC(n =12) was fed with normal rat food;group HF0(n =48) was fed with high fat food.The rats of group HF were further divided into 4 groups randomly after six weeks of feeding(12 rats per group):the rats in group HF were fed with high fat food continually;the rats in group T were fed with high fat food and telmisartan;the rats in group F were fed with high fat food and fenofibrate;the rats in group F+T were fed with high fat food and both telmisartan and fenofibrate.Another 4 weeks later,the insulin sensitivity was evaluated with the glucose infusion rate(GIR) using high insulin and normal glucose clamp technique.Results GIR of group HF rats was lower than that of group NC(P < 0.01);GIR of group F and T and group F+T were higher than that of group HF(P < 0.01).Conclusion Telmisartan,fenofibrate and their combination can improve GIR in high-fat-fed rats.
