| 摘 要： | 文章分析了生物医药行业创业壁垒高的特点和行业亟需高层次创新创业人才的现状，提出药学院校“内创业”教育的定位。并以中国药科大学“国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地”校企互动合作“长学制”人才培养方案为研究对象，对药学院校实施创业教育的实践经验进行探讨。文章还提出了当前实施创业教育在效果评价、推广和创业后教育等方面存在的困难。
