中西医结合综合治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能及血气指标的影响

目的观察中西医结合综合治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法将66例COPD患者随机分为2组各33例,均予常规解痉平喘、止咳祛痰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中西医结合综合治疗,观察2组肺功能及血气指标变化。结果 2组治疗后二氧化碳分压[p（CO2）]和氧分压[p（O2）]、用力呼气峰值流速（PEF）、用力肺活量（FVC）与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组治疗后第1 s用力呼气量（FEV1）占预计值百分比与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后p（CO2）、p（O2）、FVC、FEV1/预计值、PEF组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论中西医结合综合治疗可有效改善稳定期COPD肺功能及血气指标,有利于提高稳定期COPD患者的生存质量。

Observation of integration of Chinese and western medicine on lung function and blood gas indices in patients of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the effect of integration of Chinese and western medicine on lung function and blood gas indices in patients of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 66 cases of COPD were randomly divided into two groups（33cases in each group）.Patients in two groups were treated by conventional antispasmodic asthma,cough expectorant treatment.And patients in treatment group were treated by integration of Chinese and western medicine.The changes of lung function and blood gas indices were observed.Results There were significant differences between before and after treatment on p（CO2）,p（O2）,PEF and FVC in two groups（P0.05）.There were significant differences between two groups on p（CO2）,p（O2）,FVC,FEV1/Predicted value and PEF after treatment（P0.05）.The improvements of lung function and blood gas indices in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Integration of Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve lung function and blood gas indices in patients of stable stage of COPD,and help improve the quality of life of stable stage COPD patients.
