| 摘 要： | 目的观察AO锁定钢板（LCP）治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006～2009年对收治的36例老年肱骨近端骨折患者,采用AO肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗。结果临床疗效依照Neer评分进行评定,其中优24例,良9例,可2例,差1例。未出现伤口感染病例及骨折不愈合病例出现。结论 AO肱骨近端锁定钢板是目前治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折理想的内植物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the senile proximal humeral fractures treated by AO Locking compression plates（LCP）. Methods Retrospective analysis from 2006 to 2009 were treated 36 cases of senile proximal humeral fractures were treated by AO locking compression plate.Results Clinical curative effect was evaluated according to Neer score.24 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,2 cases were normal,1 case was poor.No wound infection case and fracture nonunion case.Conclusions AO proximal humerus locking compression plate is the ideal plant for treatment of senile proximal humerus fracture. |
