| 摘 要： | 目的:了解在我科治疗的38例艾滋病患者机会性感染的疾病谱,临床数据的特点,高效抗反转录病毒治疗与病人转归的关系。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法对在我科治疗的艾滋病合并机会性感染38例相关信息进行分析。结果:死亡16例,病死率42.11%。结论:艾滋病合并机会性感染病原多样,且可侵犯全身多个系统。机会性感染是艾滋病病人就诊和死亡的主要原因。高效抗反转录病毒治疗可以使艾滋病病人免疫系统得到部分重建,减少机会性感染的发生,延长艾滋病病人的生命。
