| 摘 要： | 目的 观察鼻渊合剂治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的临床疗效及对鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间的影响.方法 将85例CRS患者随机分为3组.治疗组30例予鼻渊合剂治疗,鼻炎片组30例予鼻炎片治疗,红霉素组25例予红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗.3组均连续治疗1个月后观察疗效,检测鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间.结果 治疗组显效率76.7%,总有效率100...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of chronic rhinosinusitis by Biyuan mixture,and the affection of mucociliary transport time.Methods 85 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in treatment group A（n=30） were treated by Biyuan mixture,patients in control group B（n=30） were treated by rhinitis tablets,patients in control group C（n=25） were treated by erythromycin,1 month course of treatment.Results The total effective rate in Biyuan mixture treatment group（100%） was higher than that in control group（86.7%,84.0%,P0.05）,significantly improved mucociliary transport function（P0.01）.Conclusion Biyuan mixture has definite effect on the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis,can reduce mucociliary transport time,and promote recovery of mucociliary transport function. |
