| 摘 要： | 随着招生规模的不断扩大，如何提高研究生培养质量已成为目前研究生教育的重要课题。临床能力训练是医学研究生培养的重要环节。文章从培养耳鼻咽喉科硕士研究生临床能力的实践出发，分析了存在的主要问题，主要包括临床基础参差不齐、临床实践机会较少以及单一技能和专业全面技能培养的矛盾等，并有针对性地提出了相应的解决方法。
