喉神经内分泌癌2例及文献复习

目的:探讨喉神经内分泌癌的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾分析我科收治的2例喉神经内分泌癌,其中1例行全喉切除加颈淋巴结清扫术,1例行喉部病灶切除,未行颈淋巴结清扫术。结果:第1例术后随访2年无复发;第2例术后1月症状复发,拒绝治疗于半年后死亡。结论:喉神经内分泌癌是一种发病率低、原发于喉部的特殊类型癌,正确的诊断有赖于临床特点、组织病理学、免疫组化检查。不同病理亚型的喉神经内分泌癌的治疗方法及预后是不同的。

Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma: Report of two cases with literature review
