胎膜早破的分娩时机及对母儿并发症的影响

目的:探讨胎膜早破的分娩时机,以及对母儿并发症的影响。方法:选择218例胎膜早破患者,根据孕周的不同分为足月前胎膜早破49例和足月胎膜早破169例两组,分别予以相应的治疗,对发生的母儿并发症进行对比分析。结果:经统计分析,两组在宫内感染、住院时间、低体重儿、新生儿转诊率、使用抗生素及宫缩抑制剂方面比较P<0.001,有统计学意义;在产后出血、阿氏评分方面比较P>0.05,无意义。结论:孕周越早,母儿并发症越多、越重,不论孕周长短,均可在保证母儿安全的情况下延长妊娠时间,足月胎膜早破孕妇实行期待治疗,并不增加产科风险。

Delivery timing for premature rupture of membranes and incidence of maternal and neonatal complications
