| 摘 要： | 目的:研究大黄对急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者胃肠道功能的保护作用及防治多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的机制。方法:89例重度AOPP患者随机分为大黄治疗组和对照组,观察两组患者胃肠道功能障碍及MODS的发生率,并测定血浆内皮素-1(EF1)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平。结果:大黄治疗组患者胃肠道功能障碍及MODS的发病率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:大黄可以通过拮抗重度AOPP患者炎症介质和血管活性物质的过度释放,保护胃肠功能,对MODS具有显著的防治作用。
