| 摘 要： | 教学基地建设和管理是高等医学院校教学工作中的重要组成部分，作为实践教学的载体，其目的在于培养医学生的应用知识的能力、实践能力和创新能力。南京医科大学通过加大对实践基地建设与管理的投入，重视实践基地的实践教学设计与安排，加强和完善实践教学基地的建设和管理，为不断提高医学教学质量奠定良好基础。
