| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的操作方法和应用。方法:回顾性分析54例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法和应用体会。结果:54例均穿刺成功,成功率为100%,穿刺后发生并发症12例,其中出血7例,气胸5例,发生率为22.22%。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种定位准确、安全可靠的诊断方法,正确、熟练的操作技术是穿刺成功的关键。
