玄麦润目汤治疗干眼症39例疗效观察及护理

目的观察玄麦润目汤超声雾化加口服治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将59例（118眼）干眼症患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例（78眼）在人工泪液滴眼液滴双眼的基础上采用玄麦润目汤超声雾化加口服治疗,对照组20例（40眼）单纯采用人工泪液滴眼液滴双眼。2组同时予相关护理。2组均治疗、护理3个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率76.9%,对照组总有效率60.0%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论在人工泪液滴眼液滴双眼基础上采用玄麦润目汤超声雾化加口服治疗干眼症,效果优于单纯应用人工泪液滴眼液滴双眼。

Effect of Xuanmairunmu decoction on xerophthalmus

Objective To investigate the effect of oral and ultrasonic atomization of Xuanmairunmu decoction on xerophthalmus.Methods 59 patients with xerophthalmus（including 118 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups.39 patients in treatment group（78 eyes） were given combination of simple application of artificial tear eye drops,oral and ultrasonic atomization of Xuanmairunmu decoction.20 patients in control group（40 eyes） were given simple application of artificial tear eye drops.The effect was observed three months after treatment and nursing.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（76.9%） was higher than that in control group（60.0%,P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combination of simple application of artificial tear eye drops,oral and ultrasonic atomization of Xuanmairunmu decoction was superior to that of simple application of artificial tear eye drops on xerophthalmus.It is worthy of clinical application.
