护理干预对普胸术后伴慢性前列腺炎患者排尿的影响

目的探讨护理干预对普胸术后伴慢性前列腺炎留置导尿患者拔除尿管后排尿情况的影响。方法选取2008年2月-2011年2月于我科行普胸手术伴慢性前列腺炎患者65例,分成干预组和对照组,所有患者术前均留置导尿,对照组进行常规的治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上进行护理干预。观察两组病人拔除尿管后排尿情况进行比较。结果经过护理干预,干预组拔管后排尿总有效率为96.97%,对照组拔管后排尿总有效率为75%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预可提高普胸术后伴慢性前列腺炎患者留置导尿拔管后自行排尿的成功率,降低排尿失败的发生率。

Influence of the nursing intervention to the patients' micturition after chest operation

Objective To explore the influence of the nursing intervention to the patients＇ micturition,who had chronic prostatitis were removed their urinary catheter after the operation at chest. Methods 65 patients of chronic prostatitis were operated at chest from February 2008 to February 2011 and put them into two groups,which were called the intervention and the contrast.All the patients were sent the indwelling catheter before the operation.The contrast had the conventional treatment and nursing care and the intervention had more,the nursing intervention.Compare the micturition＇s variation of the patients when the urinary catheter was removed.Results The intervention＇s effective rate of micturiting was ninety-six point nine six percent,when the nursing intervention was done while the contrast＇s was seventy-five percent.Comparative difference had its statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the success＇ rate of urinating by themselves when the patients were removed the urinary catheter after the operation at chest,and reduce the incidence rate of unsuccessful micturition.
