经阴道超声对纵隔子宫合并早期妊娠的诊断分析

目的探讨经阴道超声（2D-TVS）对纵隔子宫并早妊的诊断价值。方法对临床拟诊纵隔子宫并早妊的76例患者进行经腹部超声（2D-TAS）、2D-TVS及手术-病理检查,以手术-病理检查为诊断金标准,对结果进行分析。结果 76例患者中,术后诊断纵隔子宫并早妊48例,宫角妊娠13例,偏心性宫内妊娠15例。2D-TAS对纵隔子宫并早妊诊断的敏感性为81.2%,特异性69.2%,准确性88.3%;2D-TVS对纵隔子宫并早妊诊断的敏感性为93.7%,特异性88.6%,准确性93.4%。经腹、经阴道诊断准确率比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论 2D-TVS对纵隔子宫并早妊的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,优于2D-TAS,具有重要的临床价值,值得推广。

The analysis of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis for septate uterus with early pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound（TVS） in diagnosis for septate uterus with early pregnancy. Methods 76 patients suspected of having the septate uterus with early pregnancy were enrolled in this study.Surgical-pathologic examination were performed after 2D-TAS and 2D-TVS examination in all patients.Surgical-pathologic results as a diagnostic gold standard,the inspection results were analyzed.Results There were 48 cases of septate uterus with early pregnancy,13 cases of corneal pregnancy,15 cases of eccentric intrauterine pregnancy.The sensitivity of 2D-TAS was 81.6%,the specificity was 69.2%,the accuracy was 88.3%.The sensitivity of 2D-TVS was 93.7%,the specificity was 88.6%,the accuracy was 93.4%.Analysis of those findings indicated that there was significant difference（P0.05） between the two methods.Conclusions 2D-TVS is a feasible way for diagnosis of septate uterus with early pregnancy,is superior to abdominal ultrasound,with important clinical value,worthy of promotion.
