妥洛特罗贴剂穴位透皮吸收治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作50例临床观察

目的观察妥洛特罗贴剂穴位透皮吸收治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法将100例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为2组,对照组50例采用常规治疗并雾化吸入沙丁胺醇,治疗组50例在常规治疗的基础上每晚加妥洛特罗贴剂贴于患儿天突、定喘、膻中、肺俞穴位的一处或两处,均每日更换1次。2组均5~7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果 2组症状、体征平均消失时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率94%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论妥洛特罗贴剂穴位透皮吸收治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作疗效显著。

Observation of acupoint percutaneous absorption of Tulobuterol patches on acute attack of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint percutaneous absorption of Tulobuterol patches on acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 100 children patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated by combination of routine therapy and inhalation of Salbutamol.Patients in treatment group were treated by control group therapy combined with acupoint application of Tulobuterol patches.The course was 5~7 days in two groups.Results There was no significant difference on mean disappeared time of symptoms and signs（P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was 96% and 94% in control group.There was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint percutaneous absorption of Tulobuterol patches has obvious effect on acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.
