| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探讨外周血干细胞移植预处理对骨髓造血微环境影响的分子机制。方法：采用流式细胞仪检测了42例患者接受外周血干细胞移植预处理前及移植后30、90、180d骨髓微环境基质细胞表达血管细胞粘附分子(VCAM-1)、纤维连接素(Fn)、层粘素(Ln)和Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)等细胞粘附分子水平的变化。结果：移植前接受单纯化疗方案预处理的患者(简称单化组)骨髓基质细胞表达VCAM-1、Fn、Lm和ColⅣ的水平以移植后90d最低；移植前接受化疗 全身放疗方案预处理的患者(简称化放组)骨髓基质细胞表达VCAM-1、Fn、Lm和ColⅣ的水平以移植后30d最低；至移植后180d，单化组和化放组患者骨髓基质细胞表达VCAM-1、Fn、Lm和ColⅣ等指标仍未恢复到移植预处理前的水平，且放化组骨髓基质细胞表达上述细胞粘附分子水平的恢复过程较单化组缓慢。结论：造血干细胞移植前接受大剂量化／放疗预处理后骨髓基质细胞表达细胞粘附分子的功能障碍可能与移植后某些患者造血功能恢复过程缓慢有关。
