普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作的疗效观察

目的观察普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效与安全性。方法将80例慢性喘息型支气管炎随机分为两组,普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化治疗组及对照组,两组基础药物相同,对两组的血气、激素用量、机械通气使用率、疗效及副作用等进行评价。结果治疗组于治疗后1d、5d动脉血气分析指标、激素用量、机械通气使用率、临床控制+显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组无1例出现副作用。结论普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化能明显改善喘息症状,降低全身糖皮质激素用量,减少机械通气使用率,无明显不良反应。

Observation about effect of pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation on acute exacerbation of clironic asthmatic bronchitis

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic asthmatic bronch it is were randomly divided into two groups,pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation treatment group including fourty-six cases and control group including thirty-four cases.The basic drugs in two groups were the same.Arterial blood gas,quantity of hormone,frequence of mechanical ventilation,effect in period,side effects and so on were evaluated.Results:In treatment group,at the first and fifth day after treatment the index of arterial blood gas,quantity of hormone,fre-quence of mechanical ventilation and clinical plus efficient rate were significantly superior to the control group (P<0.01),and there was no side effect presented in this group.Conclusion:Pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation can obviously improve symptoms of asthmatic,decrease use of glucocorticoid intravenously,reduce frequence of mechanical ventilation and have no obvious side effect.
