抽动—秽语综合征患者注意品质的研究

目的：研究抽动－秽语综合征患者注意的特点，及其与短时记忆的关系。方法：采用病历对照研究，包括抽动－秽语综合征患者24及同年龄、性别健康对照儿童，分别测验其注意的品质和短时记忆能力，结果：抽动－秽语综合征儿童的短时记忆成绩与对照组相比差异显著，但注意品质与对照组相比无统计学差异，结论：抽动－秽语综合征儿童的短时记忆能力下降，但其注意的稳定性，广度，传移能力正常，短时记忆能力的下降与注意品质无关，抽动－秽语综合征与注意缺陷和多动二者间无必然联系。

A study of attention ability on tourette syndrome

Objective To explore the attention ability of Tourette syndrome patients, and the relationship between their attention ability and the memory ability. Methods A case control study based on hospital involving 24 new diagnosed Tourette syndrome patients,24 healthy children was carried out. Their attention ability and memory ability were tested by paper exam . Results Compaired with the healthy control group,the patients's memory decreased significantly, but their attention ability shift didn't decreased significantly. Conclusion The memory ability of Tourette syndrome patients was poor , but their attention ability was normal. The decreasing of their memory ability was not associated with their attention ability, the relation between Tourette syndrome and ADHD should be studied further.
