| 摘 要： | 激光扫描共聚焦显微镜是近年来出现的一种新的分子细胞生物学分析仪器,已经广泛应用于生物医学研究的许多领域.简介其基本功能和特点.并从肿瘤组织细胞蛋白的定位和定量、肿瘤细胞亚细胞结构观察、肿瘤受体研究、肿瘤药物分布和肿瘤多耐药机制等角度.综述了近年来激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在肿瘤研究中应用的进展.

| Abstract: | Laser scanning confocal microscope is a kind of new analytical apparatus for molecular cell biology research.It has been used in many fields of biomedical research.Brief introduction of its function and feature is given in this article.Recent development is summarized in application of laser scanning confocal microscope for localization and quantification of tumor tissue and cell protein,observation of sub-cellular structure of tumor ceils,study on tumor related receptor,distribution of antitumor drug and mechanism of tumor multi-drug resistance. |
