手部内生性软骨瘤的非植骨手术治疗

目的研究非植骨性手术治疗内生性软骨瘤的的效果。方法肿瘤刮除并完全破除病变囊腔，不植骨治疗58例手部内生性软骨瘤，其中单发42例，多发16例，合并病理骨折12例。结果58例中46例获得随访，除2例复发，1例恶变，其余病例手部功能恢复接近正常，未再发生病理骨折。结论手部内生性软骨瘤彻底刮除术后不必植骨，可获得足够的稳定性。

Treatment of enchondromas in the hand with no bone grafting

Objective To study treatment of enchondromas in the hand with no bone grafting. Methods In our series, 58 patients with enchondroma of the hand were treated with the lesion removal and with no bone grafting There were solitary and multiple lesions in 42 and 16 patients, respectively. Associated pathological fracture occurred in 12 patients. Results Performance of follow-up was feasible in 46 patients and the follow-up period ranged 2 to 14 years. Normal hand function was restored in all patients with no pathological fracture. Recurrence of enchondromas was noted in 2 patients. In one patient, the lesion became malignant. Conclusion Lesion removal with no bone grafting is a reliable technique for the treatment of enchondromas in the hand.
