| 摘 要： | 呼出气冷凝液榆测是近年来发展的一种榆测气道炎症和氧化应激反应的无创方法.通过监测急件肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者呼出气冷凝液中pH值、一氧化碳及其衍生物、过氧化氢、8-异前列烷、细胞角蛋白和细胞因子等指标,有助于对危重患者病情进行评估和预后判断.

| Abstract: | Exhaled breath condensate examination is a new noninvasive method recently developed for detecting airway inflammation and oxidative stress.It can be contributive to evaluate the condition and predict the prognosis of critical illness by monitoring pH,nitrogen oxides,hydrogen peroxide,8-isoprostanes,cytokeratin and cytokines in exhaled breath condensate of patients with acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome in exhaled breath condensate. |
