扶正排毒汤对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型的影响

摘    要:目的观察扶正排毒汤对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)大鼠一般情况及肾脏改变等的影响。方法以腺嘌呤水溶液灌胃方法复制大鼠慢性肾衰竭模型,将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、尿毒清对照组、扶正排毒汤组、西药包醛氧化淀粉对照组共5组。造模成功后,各治疗组以相应药物治疗30 d,观察CRF大鼠一般情况及肾脏肉眼外观、光镜及电镜下病理变化。结果与其他各治疗组比较,扶正排毒汤可显著增加模型大鼠体质量(P<0.01,P<0.05),降低因腺嘌呤引起的CRF大鼠的肾脏代偿性增大,改善CRF大鼠肾脏病变。结论扶正排毒汤可改善CRF大鼠预后,减轻大鼠肾脏病变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Fuzhengpaidu Decoction on chronic renal failure(CRF)rats′ common situation and the changes of kidney.Methods To establish the models of CRF rats by using Adenine,then the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,model group,Niaoduqing(NDQ)decoction group,Fuzhengpaidu(FZPD)decoction group,and coated aldehyde oxystarch(CAO)group.Corresponding drugs were given to these five groups for 30 days,and the common situation and the appearance,pathological changes under both optical and electronic microscope were observed.Results FZPD decoction could improve the body weight of CRF rats significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05),and alleviate the compensatory enlargement of CRF rats′ kidney caused by Adenine,compared with the other treatment groups.Conclusion The FZPD decoction can improve the prognosis of CRF rats,and alleviate the pathological changes of kidney.
