| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between CHEK2 polymorphism and the susceptibility to lymphatic metastasis in esophageal cancer in a Chinese Han population.Methods: Genotypes were determined by matrix-assisted laser desorption /ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) method in 380 esophageal cancer cases and 380 controls without cancers.Genotypes were also determined in 85 lymphatic metastasis positive patients and 270 lymphatic metastasis negative patients.The associations betwe... |
