| 摘 要： | 目的分析LEEP刀治疗和微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法回顾性分析237例患者进行LEEP刀治疗和微波治疗两种方法的治疗效果。结果中度、单纯型宫颈糜烂,微波治疗和LEEP刀治疗效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,重度、颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂LEEP刀治疗效果优于微波治疗（P〈0.05）。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单,安全,出血少,尤其在治疗重度、颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂效果优于微波治疗,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of cervical erosion between LEEP and microwave therapy.Methods 237 patients were treated by LEEP and microwave treatment,retrospectly.And therapeutic effect was analyzed,respectively.Results It was found that LEEP and microwave therapy were not significant in mild and moderate cervical erosion(P>0.05);The efficacy of LEEP treatment was superior to microwave in severe,grain type and papillary type of cervical erosion,(P <0.05).Conclusion LEEP treatment of cervical erosio... |
