探讨动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的临床效果

目的:分析动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)的临床效果。方法:选择2017年8月~2018年8月本院接诊的冠心病患者76例。所有患者均分别实行动态心电图与常规心电图检查,分析两种检查方法的结果。结果:统计比较两种检查方式,动态心电图检出率为93.4%(71/76),常规心电图检出率为76.3%(58/76),检验两组数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;对照分析两种检查方式对房性早搏成对、室性早搏成对、房性早搏二三联、室性早搏二三联以及短阵室上速检出率,动态心电图均要高于常规心电图,检验各类数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论:相比较常规心电图,动态心电图诊断冠心病更为理想,可提高检出率。

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Conventional Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.All patients underwent ambulatory electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram examination,and analyzed the results of the two examination methods.Results:The two methods were statistically compared.The detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 93.4%(71/76),and the detection rate of conventional electrocardiogram was 76.3%(58/76).The two groups of data P<0.05 were statistically significant;Comparative analysis of the two examination methods for the detection rate of atrial premature beat pairing,ventricular premature beat pairing,atrial premature beats two-three triple,ventricular premature beat two-three triple,and short array supraventricular tachycardia.,Test all kinds of data P<0.05,consistent with statistical significance.Conclusion:Compared with conventional electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram is more ideal for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,which can improve the detection rate and can be popularized.
