全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用效果评价

摘    要:目的:对比血涂片细胞形态学方式、全自动血细胞分析仪方式的效果。方法:纳入2018年1月1日~2019年1月10日本院收治的感染患者50例为观察对象,采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组25例(实施全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学方式诊断)、对照组25例(实施血涂片细胞形态学方式),以病理诊断结果作为金标准,将两组的检出率、检验结果、误诊率、漏诊率进行对比。结果:观察组检出率80.00%(阴性5例所占比为20.00%;阳性20例、所占比为80.00%)显著高于对照组检出率60.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者嗜酸性细胞2例、中性粒细胞10例、单核细胞2例、淋巴细胞5例等方面与对照组无显著差异(P<0.05);而在嗜碱性细胞方面1例与对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组误诊率16.00%、漏诊率4.00%与对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在血常规检验中采取全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学方式诊断与单纯血涂片细胞形态学诊断比较,诊断效果显著,能提高检出率,明确患者疾病。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect of blood smear cell morphology method and automatic blood cell analyzer method.Methods:The infected patients were treated with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.The total number of cases was 50.The collection time was from January 1,2018 to January 10,2019.The total number of cases was divided into groups by lot.Two groups,25 cases in observation group(implemented with automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphological diagnosis),and 25 cases in control group(implemented with blood smear cell morphological diagnostic method).Misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate.Results:The detection rate in the observation group was 80.00%(5 negative cases accounted for 20.00%;20 positive cases,the proportion accounted for 80.00%)was significantly higher than the control group detection rate of 60.00%(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in 2 eosinophils,10 neutrophils,2 monocytes,and 5 lymphocytes,and 1 in basophils.There was a significant difference in the control group(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate in the observation group was 16.00%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.00%,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the routine blood test,a full-automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology is used to diagnose and obtain significant results,which can improve the detection rate and clarify the patient’s disease.
