动态增强磁共振与扩散张量成像对前列腺中央区良恶性结节的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:评析动态增强磁共振(DCE-MRI)与扩散张量成像(DTI)对前列腺中央区良恶性结节的诊断价值,为后续的临床应用奠定理论基础。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的MRI扫描后发现前列腺中央区有结节样异常信号的患者80例,分别比较DCE-MRI和DTI扫描,以及两者联合扫描诊断结果的有效性。结果:DTI及DCE两者联合的AUC值显著高于DTI和DCE组(P<0.05),DTI与DCE组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),DTI及DCE两者联合检查的诊断符合率无论是在前列腺癌还是前列腺增生方面都为最高。结论:动态增强磁共振(DCE-MRI)与扩散张量成像(DTI)联合使用对前列腺中央区良恶性结节的诊断有更高的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance(DCE-MRI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)for benign and malignant nodules in the central region of the prostate,and to lay the theoretical foundation for subsequent clinical applications.Methods:80 patients with nodular-like abnormal signals in the central region of the prostate after MRI scans admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected,and the results of DCE-MRI and DTI scans were compared.Effectiveness.Studies have shown that the combined AUC values of both DTI and DCE are significantly higher than those of the DTI and DCE groups(P<0.05),and the difference between DTI and DCE groups is not significant(P>0.05).The rate is highest in both prostate cancer and prostate hyperplasia.Conclusion:The combined use of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance(DCE-MRI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)has higher diagnostic value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules in the central prostate region.
