高频超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的价值及误诊分析

目的:探究分析高频超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的价值及误诊。方法:选取本院超声科收治的乳腺肿块患者50例,将其作为本次研究对象,对所有患者均采用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,并与患者的病理结果进行对比,分析高频彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确率、误诊率。结果:通过与患者病理结果比较,高频彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率为94.00%,误诊率为6.00%。良恶性肿块的形态规则度占比率、边缘轮廓清晰度占比率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺良恶性肿块患者临床中采用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,患者的临床超声诊断检查准确率高,误诊率低,因此在临床中运用可提高乳腺肿块诊断效果,提高患者临床治疗效果。

Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Masses and Analysis of Misdiagnosis

Objective:To explore the value and misdiagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses by high frequency ultrasound.Methods:Fifty patients with breast mass treated in the ultrasound department of our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were diagnosed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and compared with the pathological results of the patients to analyze the high-frequency color.The accuracy and misdiagnosis rate of Doppler ultrasound.Results:By comparing with the pathological results of patients,the diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound was 94.00%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.00%.The benign and malignant masses had significant differences in the proportion of morphological regularity and the proportion of edge contour sharpness(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound is used in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.The clinical ultrasound diagnostic examination has high accuracy rate and low misdiagnosis rate.Therefore,its application in the clinic can improve the diagnosis of breast masses and improve the clinical treatment of patients Effect.
