彩超检查在鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病方面的临床价值

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病应用彩超检查的临床价值。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月本院收治的70例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,观察组选取的是同期的70例子宫腺肌病患者,两组患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组患者的诊断符合率、误诊率和子宫血流参数变化情况。结果:对照组中,诊断符合率为92.86%(65/70),误诊率为7.14%(5/70);观察组中,诊断符合率为94.29%(66/70),误诊率为5.71%(4/70),两组的诊断符合率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的BFV和PI均明显低于观察组,RI明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病采用彩超检查可鉴别疾病类型,具有重要的临床诊断价值。

Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids and Adenomyosis

Objective:To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound examination for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods:70 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group.The experimental group selected 70 patients with adenomyosis at the same period.Both groups of patients used color Doppler Ultrasound examination to compare the diagnostic coincidence rate,misdiagnosis rate and changes in uterine blood flow parameters between the two groups of patients.Results:In the control group,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.86%(65/70),and the misdiagnosis rate was 7.14%(5/70);in the experimental group,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 94.29%(66/70),and the misdiagnosis rate was 5.71%(4/70)Compared with the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The BFV and PI of the control group were significantly lower than the experimental group,and the RI was significantly higher than the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine fibroids and adenomyosis can be identified by color Doppler ultrasound,which can identify the type of disease and have important clinical diagnostic value.
